How Long Does Shipping Take?
Element Picks are made by local artisans all around the world, but they are shipped to you from our fulfillment warehouse along with tracking every step of the way. You should receive your order within 1-3 business days of ordering, but if you do not, don't hesitate to get in touch with us at hello@elmntpicks.com and one of our Pick Gurus will be happy to assist you.
Where Do We Ship From?

All of our orders ship out to you from our US-based warehouse. We ship using USPS and DHL, and aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of payment.

Where Do We Ship To?
 At the moment we are only shipping to addresses located within the United States. If you would like to place an order to an address outside of the United States, please email us at hello@elmntpicks.com and we will do our best to accommodate you!
How Do I Track My Order?
Kindly refer to the Shipping Confirmation Email that you would have received to the email address you entered during checkout to track your order. If you have not received this email, kindly check your spam folder.
No Tracking After Ordering
If you don't see any tracking information a few days after your order has shipped, don't worry - this is normal! Kindly give the system 24-48 hours to process the tracking, and if it still is not available after that, please contact us at hello@elmntpicks.com and we will be happy to help you out.

Do You Accept Returns?
Of course! Here at Element Picks, your satisfaction is our priority. If you aren't happy with your order, for any reason, just send it back to us within 30 days and it's your money back - guaranteed. That is the Element Picks promise, to you.
What Is Needed For The Return Process?
All that is needed for your full return is whatever Element Pick(s) you would like to return as well as any packaging that was included in the order. Unfortunately we are not able to cover the shipping costs associated with sending the item(s) back to us.
How Do I Start The Return Process?
Simply get in touch with us at hello@elmntpicks.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to start the return process for you.
Are There Any Fees Associated With The Return Process?
Unfortunately we do have to charge a $5 restocking fee on all returns and exchanges processed. This is to ensure that our staff is able to adequately and efficiently process your return/exchange, as well as to inspect any damage on picks sent back to us to improve in the future.
