How Long Does Shipping Take?

Element Picks are made by local artisans all around the world, but they are shipped to you from our fulfillment warehouse along with tracking every step of the way. You should receive your order within 14-21 business days of ordering, but if you do not, don't hesitate to get in touch with us at hello@elmntpicks.com and one of our Pick Gurus will be happy to assist you.

Where Do We Ship From?

All orders are fulfilled through our international logistics partners and shipped directly from our global fulfillment center. Deliveries are handled by reliable local carriers in each destination country to ensure fast and secure shipping. We typically dispatch all orders within 24 hours of payment.

How Do I Track My Order?

Kindly refer to the Shipping Confirmation Email that you would have received to the email address you entered during checkout to track your order. If you have not received this email, kindly check your spam folder.

No Tracking After Ordering

If you don't see any tracking information a few days after your order has shipped, don't worry - this is normal! Kindly give the system 24-48 hours to process the tracking, and if it still is not available after that, please contact us at hello@elmntpicks.com and we will be happy to help you out.

RETURNS

Do You Accept Returns?

Yes! If you aren't happy with your Element Pick, for any reason, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

How Do I Start A Return?

Email us at hello@elmntpicks.com with your order number and we'll send you the return details. Please send back the pick(s) along with the original packaging.

Are There Any Fees?

Return shipping is paid by the customer, and a $5 restocking fee applies to all returns and exchanges. This lets our team inspect every returned pick and keep improving our craftsmanship.

When Will I Get My Refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund (minus the restocking fee) goes back to your original payment method.

ARRIVED BROKEN?

We'll Replace It For Free

If your pick arrives cracked or damaged, we'll send you a free replacement, and there's no need to send the broken one back. Just email hello@elmntpicks.com a photo of the damaged pick and your order number within 14 days of delivery.
