How Long Does Shipping Take?
Element Picks are made by local artisans all around the world, but they are shipped to you from our fulfillment warehouse along with tracking every step of the way. You should receive your order within 5-10 business days of ordering, but if you do not, don't hesitate to get in touch with us at and one of our Pick Gurus will be happy to assist you.
Where Do We Ship To?
 At the moment we are only shipping to addresses located within the United States. If you would like to place an order to an address outside of the United States, please email us at and we will do our best to accommodate you!
How Do I Track My Order?
Kindly refer to the Shipping Confirmation Email that you would have received to the email address you entered during checkout to track your order. If you have not received this email, kindly check your spam folder.
No Tracking After Ordering
If you don't see any tracking information a few days after your order has shipped, don't worry - this is normal! We ship out orders using multiple shipping carriers, so your order will not display any tracking information until it is received by the nearest USPS or DHL facility. If your tracking information still is not available 1 week after shipping, please contact us at and we will be happy to help you out.

What Is Needed For The Return Process?
All that is needed for your full return is whatever Element Pick(s) you would like to return as well as any packaging that was included in the order. Unfortunately we are not able to cover the shipping costs associated with sending the item(s) back to us.
